We are very glad to announce that INSLC 17,

the International Navigation Simulator Lecturer Conference,

will be held at Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Dept. of Maritime Studies,

specifically at the Maritime Simulation Centre Warnemuende(MSCW)

in Rostock, GERMANY,  from Sep 3rd (Mon) to 7th (Fri) of 2012.

During the conference, we will have conference sessions, a technical tour and a social/technical program.

The final technical tour is organised by bus to visit the famous SMM 2012, 25th Shipbuilding, Machinery & Marine Technology, the International Trade Fair Hamburg, at the Hamburg Fair site on 7 September 2012. In case you are planning your trip to Rostock via Hamburg airport you could use the return trip to stay for an individual weekend in Hamburg after the final technical tour before your departure.

On this web site you will find all information on the provisional program, registration and travel, hotel and other necessary information. The hotels, the Conference Centre TPW and the simulation centre MSCW are all within walking distance (max. 15 min).

General announcements and information will be sent to you regularly by email after registration and we will update the information on the conference website regularly.

We would very much appreciate if you register for the conference as soon as possible.

INSLC 17 Registration Form and Fee

To guarantee your participation in a well-organized conference, registration is required a early as possible.

 The conference fee (350 Euro for participants, including all conference events, meals dinners, proceedings and tours and 100 Euro for an extra accompanying person/spouses program) has to be paid by bank transfer to the account given below (please add your name at the reference content). Payment must be made in Euro and net of all bank charges - please take care that all fees for the money bank transfer have to be borne by the participants themselves additionally.

The registration fee has to be paid righ after the registration by normal participants, but the authors of papers have to pay already until 30 June 2012 for final acceptance of their papers into the conference proceedings. It is not refundable.
